BOOKING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rooms are available
from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to
arrive earlier in the day, please arrange a time prior to
arrival.
We ask you to
leave your room and settle your account by 10.30am on the
day of departure.
Please note all
rooms are no smoking.
We regret that
no allowances can be made for rooms not occupied, or meals
not taken during the period of the booking.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of
£25 per person is required on booking. For Group Bookings
of 6 or more people a deposit of 50% of the total cost is
required. This may be made payable by cash or cheque.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are
non-refundable.
In the event
of cancellation of your booking we will make every effort
to re-let the accommodation. However, if we are unable to
do so, you may be charged the total cost of your booking.
All cancellations
should be made by telephone, followed by written confirmation
of cancellation.
PETS
We regret that
we do not allow pets at Willowfield Guest House (either
inside the Guest House or in your vehicle on the premises).
